Rebuilding

After a number of years machines need cleaning, inspection and rebuiding in order to perform at their capacity. Rebuilding is often the most economical means to original restoration without replacing a CNC control. King Tool Company has a standard practice for rebuilding machines. We will, dismantle, clean, inspect for damaged parts, replace parts, replace Way wipers, lubricate, and test your machine.

Retrofitting

Retrofitting can be broken down into two categories; control only retrofit and complete retrofit. Your actual machine tool can perform well mechanically but you run into problems with an older control. Often they are difficult to program, have limited parts program storage, less serviceability, and you may have difficulty finding spare parts. Retrofitting can add various benefits to your machine.
